Fibromyalgia Causes (The Ones Doctors do not Know Or will not Say)
In my experience, fibromyalgia is caused by:
A Nervous system in overdrive (constantly in a state of fight or flight or freeze) Muscles, tendons, ligaments, fascia, and all connective tissue shorten at rest and with exercise in everyone, and in fibromyalgia, this shortening can be extreme Trigger points and scar tissue form in muscles and fascia from overuse, non-use, stress chemical buildup, and chronic tension
All of these causes can be easily fixed and the resulting damages in the body reversed, and when this is done, fibromyalgia no longer exists in the body.
We should proceed with this short article. For a nervous system in overdrive, we turn to deep breathing, purposeful relaxing, and what I like to call ‘emotional sculpting’, meaning I would examine my thoughts, beliefs, and actions to discover what I think, do, and say or believe that feels good and what feels bad. I would do more of what feels good to me and less of what feels bad.
So if yelling at my husband makes me feel angry (bad) I would drop the belief that he deserves it or that this is what wives do and I would do whatever I needed to in order to stop that behavior in myself.
Conversely, if going to yoga makes me feel happy and relaxed (good) I would do whatever I needed to do to get to yoga more often – once or twice a day even!
For muscles and tissues that are shortened, I would implement a daily, gentle (at first) stretching program.
And for Trigger points and scar tissue, I would rely on my stretching and maybe take up some massage or rolfing or structural integration.

So, based on my own experience with fibromyalgia, it can be reversed, pain can be eased, and energy can be restored. I have written a book on what worked for me.
You too can feel better quickly if you’re willing to spend at least fifteen minutes a day on a few simple stretches and mental exercises. Get Your Life Back better than ever with this easy to read and understand and believe infromation.

How can I tell if I’ve fibromyalgia or MS? I’ve all the symptoms of fibro but most of the ones for MS as? As well except that most of my joints crackle and make noise when I move. I’m in constant pain and seem to be getting worse. I’m extremely fatigued all day but have trouble sleeping at night and have bad repeating dreams that I can never remember. I’m so tired of this that I’m ready to anything to feel better and have even contemplated suicide just to make the pain go away. Please help?

What Causes Fibromyalgia. What causes fibromyalgia is a hard question to answer. Despite all advancements in medicine, there are still conditions and diseases unexplained
Don't tell them and they’ll never know whileFMS is avery real neuro disorder it’s hiogly overdiagnosed by incompetant docs who use it as a genral label for pain–that’s WRONG or they’ll say tehpain from arthritis is fms–that’s malpractice I'm guessiing you’re raising two hyear chiildren and are sleep deprived–that may be your only problem–not an actaul disease…. Beforte you go any further–you need to do extensive research and seriously quetsion teh diocs and make sure teh diagnosis is right. Honestly–if you really had fibro–you wouldn’t be physically able to be in the military…. Fibromyalgia really isn't usually caused by diabetes and you don't die from it it’s true that any serious illness can trigger fms–but it’s more likely thatt someone iwth diabetes developed diabetic neuropathy–and not real fms…and died form diabetes–not fms

That disease is no joke. Nothing to play with. My mother died from this disease caused by diabetes. Be realistic your dreams of the navy is out the picture. You’ll only worsen your fibromyalgia by working. And if you lie the military will found out. This isn't one of those diseases that can be hidden.
